Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. For large volume orders or custom specifications, lead times may vary — we will notify you in advance.

Shipping Methods We ship internationally via major freight carriers (sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on order size and destination). Shipping method and estimated transit time will be confirmed at the time of order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. A shipping quote will be provided before order confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We will provide accurate commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate customs clearance.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events. We will assist in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.
