Refund & Return Policy
Due to the specialized nature of our engineering plastic impact modifiers and toughening agents, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.
Eligible Claims Refunds or replacements are accepted if:
- Products do not meet the agreed technical specifications (grade, particle size, performance parameters)
- Products arrive damaged or contaminated due to packaging failure
- Claims are submitted within 7 days of receipt, with photos and test reports
Non-Eligible Returns
- Change of requirements after order confirmation
- Products that have been opened, processed, or blended
- Quantity discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt
Claim Process
- Email us within 7 days of receiving goods with your order number and supporting documentation
- Our team will respond within 5 business days
- Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, credit, or refund
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the issue is due to our error or product defect.
